For our esteemed French partner, we are seeking a Java developer:

General Information : 

The client, situated in Lyon, France, operates with a legacy CRM that currently serves around 200 clients. As we are in the sunset phase of this CRM, meaning it is soon to be discontinued, the client is actively engaged in the process of redeveloping and migrating data, with 60% of the task already completed. Despite the progress, there are numerous features yet to be implemented in this ongoing redevelopment effort.

Team:

Currently, we have three development squads based in Lyon, with each squad comprising 2 Frontend developers, 2 Backend developers, and 1 Quality Assurance specialist. We are currently in the process of forming two additional teams.

Technology :
– The backend is Java(Spring). With custom inhouse framework (based on stand tech)
– The frontend is VueJS

Roadmap :
– Time of work would be ~1 year full-time
– Start of project: Probably November

Requirements:
• Practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices
• Perform hands-on Java Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices using Java, Spring Boot REST/Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and willingness to adopt new technologies
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate
• Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality
• You will also be responsible for interfacing with international team(s) and influencing business lines

Qualifications:
• Experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot, MySQL, Mongo DB
• Experience with High Level Tech Skills like Java, Spring Boot, REST/Microservices.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Willing to work with the team and other developers across the different culture
• Have strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
