Job Summary

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team in building an innovative CRM system tailored for tourism company that operates in holidays abroad, holidays in Israel, inbound tourism and domestic tourism. The candidate should possess a keen understanding of modern web development best practices and be proficient in a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of CRM platform.
• Develop efficient, maintainable backend services using NodeJS and NestJS.
• Create responsive, user-friendly front-end components using React.
• Design, implement, and optimize relational and non-relational databases using MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Implement caching solutions using Redis or Memcached for enhanced application performance.
• Leverage Redis for efficient caching and optimized application performance.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code while following best practices.
• Implement security and data protection best practices across the application.
• Ensure all components of the system are robustly tested, resilient, and scalable.
• Continuously collaborate with team members to review, refactor, and update the application.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• A commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Backend development using NodeJS and NestJS.
  • Frontend development using React.
  • Database management with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Implementing caching solutions with Redis or Memcached.
  • AWS infrastructure and its core services.
  • Application containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Source control management GIT.
  • Message queue systems RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS.
• Understanding of Development and Design Principles: DRY, SOLID, KISS, OOP, OOD, DDD, TDD.
• A good grasp of web fundamentals (e.g., HTTP, HTML/CSS, core JavaScript concepts).
• API Design: Knowledge of RESTful services, GraphQL, and other API paradigms, including how to design them efficiently and securely.
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies, including Agile.
• Knowledge of best practices in web security.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• English B1, B2.
• Experience working in a service outsourcing company is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
