About the position
Our company is currently looking for a full time C# developer who has a love for writing good, clean, readable & scalable code. We’re looking for smart, motivated individuals that are capable of working autonomously. The role will vary between enhancing the robustness of our application, adding automated unit testing where it is lacking, as well as creating integrations into new carriers, ecommerce platforms, and other 3rd party applications.
If you love challenges, are capable of thinking for yourself, and are great at problem solving, you are proficient and confident with Dependency Injection and Mocking, then we want to work with you.
Work hours & Location
This role is a remote/work from home position that requires you to be available to work at least 40hrs / week, Mon-Fri. You need to be reachable for questions and odd meetings/code reviews between 9am & 5pm EST. We are experienced in working with team members all over the world in different time zones and are flexible in finding times to work together but it has to be during these hours.
Requirements
- Computer Science or equivalent university degree (an absolute must)
- Min 2 years of professional programming experience
- Min 2 years experience with Dependency Injection (DI) programming pattern (an absolute must)
- Min 2 years experience with .net core
- Experience writing and consuming API calls with XML and JSON
- Experience with Entity Framework & LINQ, Automapper, Refit, MsTest, Moq
- Experience using GIT Repo – push, pulls, merges, etc.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum or any other methodology);
- Experience and knowledge of SOLID/KISS/CQRS and other design and development patterns
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- An analytical mind
- Good spoken and written English
