HTML/CSS Developer with Bootstrap skills — Kyiv office

Core specialization: frontend or backend?

– HTML/CSS developer with Bootstrap skills. SCSS and responsive layout implementation are required.

When is work expected to start?
Development is already underway. Current tasks include support, addressing technical debt and working through the inherited backlog. The hiring timeline is one month.

Developer level: Middle/Senior.
All positions are Middle or Middle+ level.

Required English proficiency.
Minimum: Intermediate written English, needed to read documentation and understand technical material.

Expected workload

Full-time, office-based, in a relaxed environment without excessive supervision. Monday to Friday, with no fixed start time. Most colleagues arrive between 9 and 11 and leave after completing their tasks for the day.

Project duration: how long will the developer be needed?
Long-term. The project is expected to develop into a full product company.

When is the project expected to start?
The project is already in development. The team should be assembled by early August. 
What will the candidate do? Main responsibilities.
Contribute to development within your specialization. We use our own adaptation of Scrum, work collaboratively, listen to one another and follow business objectives.

Workplace and office conditions
16 Kudriashova Street. We are looking for a larger office.
Comfortable workstations fully equipped with everything needed for work.
Sole-proprietor (FOP) registration.
Vacation is agreed with the manager, with flexibility over dates and duration.

How many interview stages are there, and how quickly can feedback be expected?
Candidates may be invited directly to a technical interview with the relevant leads, CTO and PM. 
Feedback within 24 hours. 
Approval by the stakeholder.
