Middle/Senior Node.js Backend Developer — 3 positions

Our client (Our client), an international advertising company, is looking for full-time developers.

Developer requirements

The first essential requirement is in-depth backend Node.js knowledge. More specifically:

• A highly skilled backend Node.js developer with at least 5 years of experience and strong self-organization;

• Excellent knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB and Memcached;

• Kafka, Aerospike, Unix and Memcached knowledge is highly welcome. Some PHP knowledge, at least familiarity with cron jobs, is a plus.

• Machine learning experience, mathematics knowledge and Aerospike experience are major advantages.

• PHP experience is welcome, as our cron jobs are written in PHP. We also have various small technical administration interfaces.

• Experience with high-load systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with Unix systems.

• Attention to detail and the ability to solve tasks quickly. We value problem-solving rather than simply writing code.

• Confident English; the client is in the USA.

• Test assignment

Working conditions:

• There are 3 offices, located 2 minutes from Nyvky, Lukianivska and Zoloti Vorota metro stations.

• Start between 9 and 10 and finish at 6 or 7, with a one-hour lunch break.

An exciting, genuinely high-load project with a strong team across 3 continents. After one year, relocation to any office is possible with full visa support if desired. This is neither a startup nor a software sweatshop. Insurance is provided and learning is encouraged.
